Private Sale

A private sale is a confidential business transaction that allows you to sell the property without going public/listing it through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) (By entering in the MLS you are announcing to the world what you are asking for the property you are selling). The sale is "as-is" ensuring simple, private and discrete process.

 

There are no appraisers, no inspections by any companies including termite inspectors (their reports are filed with the state of California), no city inspections (some cities have pre-sale inspection ordinances). Additionally, there are no for sale signs, many times the sale takes place and closes unbeknownst to the occupants/ tenants/relatives. Sometimes the seller pefers to not want anyone to know the sale is taking place. We always accomodate the seller's wishes.
